the creation of an original template that would integrate the construction of
4 separate buildings on one small footprint for construction. I was a member
of the Design and Development Team attending OAC and subcontractor meetings.
All scheduling were created in Primavera SureTrak, Primavera Standard P3 and
converted to Primavera 5.0. Major areas of accomplishments were not limited
to scheduling, but encompassed the vast range of preconstruction Services. HHH
Middle School (Naples, FL) - Project Scheduler for this
120,000 square foot 2 story new school ($50 Million). I was associated with
this project from the design and development phase through construction.
Major areas of accomplishments included design and development of centralized
scheduling templates using Primavera Contractor. Three individual schedules
were concurrently published in Primavera Contractor, SureTrak, P3, and
converted to Primavera 5.0. Renaissance
Village (Naples, FL) - Senior Scheduler assigned to this
multi phase construction project ($105 Million). This project offered a
difficult challenge for multi phasing construction. The project was separated
into 4 separate phases to include its own buyout and completion for
individual phasing. It was necessary to maintain a Master Schedule to track
each project as its own WBS to be reported into an OBS file as a resource. Castillo
at West Shores (Pensacola, FL) - Senior Project Scheduler
for this twin tower high-rise project ($51 Million). I was associated with
this project as a fulltime Scheduler and participated from the design &
development through actual construction. The entire schedule was completed
using Primavera SureTrak 3.0 version b and maintained using Primavera 5.0.
The phasing demands associated with this project required a unique scheduling

Towers (Sarasota, FL) - Senior Project Scheduler for this 16
story condominium project ($123 Million). I was associated with this project
from the design & development stages through actual construction.
Schedules were completed and submitted using Primavera 3.0 version b. I was
responsible for submitting schedules for estimating, submittal, and
construction. Once my original construction schedule was published, I was
responsible for the weekly updates. North
Collier Hospital (Naples, FL) - Project Scheduler for this
6 story Hospital renovation ($32 Million). I was associated with this project
from the design and development phase through construction. Major areas of
accomplishments included design and development of centralized scheduling
templates using Primavera Contractor. Three individual schedules where
concurrently published in Primavera Contractor, SureTrak, and P3. High
Point Place (Ft. Myers, FL) – Project Scheduler for this
multi-phased Condominium Project ($267 Million). I was responsible for the
creation of an original template that would integrate the construction of 2
separate projects on one small footprint for construction. I was a member of
the Design and Development Team attending OAC and Subcontractor Meetings. All
scheduling was created in Primavera SureTrak and Primavera Standard P3. Major
areas of accomplishments were not limited to scheduling, but encompassed the
